What is your refund/return policy?

Due to COVID19, we enforce a strict no refund, no return policy on all Yekize Essentials products and purchases. All sales are final.

How long does sea moss gel last?

Sea moss gel must be refrigerated. Dried sea moss can last for 2-3 weeks refrigerated

How do I make a claim for damaged goods?

Our customers are our first priority! Submit damaged goods claims to info@yekizeessentials.com with subject Damaged Goods including order number. Subject to review for reshipment.

Do you provide corporate sponsoring?

Yes, we provide corporate and private sponsoring packages. For more information contact info@yekizeessentials.com include sponsorship packages in the subject.

Can I get products in person?

Yes, We are located in store at 1813 Benning Road NE, DC 20002. We also participate in pop up shops in the Washington DC area. See our events section for upcoming information.

How do I submit a claim if I do not receive my order?

Each order will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number along with mail carrier provider. Yekize Essentials are not responsible for lost or stolen products once the confirmation for tracking is received. However we may still assist by providing the tracking information with the mail carrier. It is the responsibility f the mail carrier to issue a refund for the lost or stolen package once in there custody. Customers may submit lost/stolen order claims to info@yekizeessentials.com, including the order number in the subject.
